BIOGRAPHY

Buddy Miles is proud to continue a family tradition of providing professional legal services to individuals and businesses in Baltimore County and throughout Maryland. As a foreclosure trustee and bankruptcy attorney, he is the firm’s contact attorney for creditors requiring foreclosure or bankruptcy services. His practice also focuses on divorces, family law, custody, guardianship, personal injury, real estate litigation and collections.

Starting as a file clerk for the firm in 1996, Buddy has been involved with Huesman, Jones and Miles for over 20 years. Graduating from Fairfield University magna cum laude in 2002 then Top-25 law school Washington and Lee University in 2005, Buddy was on the Moot Court Board, directed the Mock Trial Team and served as Treasurer for the Student Bar Association. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Kathleen Cox, the former Administrative Judge of the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, before rejoining his father Gary Miles as an attorney in private practice. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the state of Maryland, including the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.

Born and raised in Baltimore County, Buddy attended Loyola Blakefield. Buddy is an Eagle Scout with Baltimore’s Troop 35. He lives in Cockeysville with his wife Kate, his son, Andy, and daughter, Emily.
